Staff has been kind, and only stop by to spray for bugs, the walls are a bit thin so it gets kinda smelly in the hallways sometimes that's the only real gripe with the place, there are disposable trashcans on every floor so you don't have to go out to the dumpster at night/day. There is construction going on currently but it is not the fault of the apartments, so it may be somewhat startling. The neighborhood is in-between good and bad parts of town so take it how it is, but you do require a key card to enter the building so that's a plus. Top floor scenes of the city are beautiful! :) Hope this review help, I am currently a resident here.
