I’ve been a resident out there for several years. I’ve seen management turn overs several times and each time it gets worse and worse. They allow illegal immigrants with no green cards or legal documents to load up in apartments without legally being on a lease. The Spanish gangs out here think they can just take the apartments over while office management does nothing but make friends and collect payoffs to over look all the bs. They don’t do anything about all the illegal drug deals or the huge amounts of traffic to one species area night and day. Ppl standing on corners to sell dope. Spanish gangs literally sleep outside on patio all night and day. It’s terrible. Maintenance don’t give a damn what’s going on in your apartment they take their slow ass time to do anything. They don’t have apartments ready for move in dates so I suggest not signing your lease until after you walk through. Know they will try to cancel walk throughs until your move in date. It’s Spanish ppl out here getting seriously injured because of the neglect to the property. These ppl can’t complain because they are illegal immigrants paying management off to stay here. Isis really need to investigate these apartments starting with the management team. Tenants that do complain get the worst treatment, which almost make u fear complaining. Go in to make a complaint against someone they will know the same day who complained against them. The management team isn’t professional at all and those that are quit quickly. They also allow illegal immigrants to use legal tenants mailing addresses to receive mail, you complain they tell you to purchase a P.O. Box. Complain too much management team call in thuggish ppl to intimidate tenants by giving out phone numbers and addresses, then call the law like they are right! If there is ever a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT put out against the owner I will gladly sign! These apartments need to be condemned ASAP!! Ppl balconies literally caving in as well as their ceilings. I mean it’s definitely not a good place to live especially paying $1400 a month. Just awful!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is the perfect place if you want to be treated like trash by the management team. They will treat you with indifference, they will hang up the phone in your face or just don't answer the calls, they won't answer emails and a lot of work orders made through the tenant portal. A secretary girl shows a lot of lack of interest in serving tenants or whoever, with total lack of manners. I've lived here for 10 months. From the first day I came to live here I had a series of problems that have never been resolved. Mold, humidity, windows and doors without locks, neighbors who do not respect and make a lot of noise at any time of the day and night. The air conditioner spends more time broken than working. Problems with water leaks (water literally comes out of the air conditioning pipes like a waterfall), dishwasher that never worked. I use 3 air dehumidifiers, I remove about 4 gallons of water from the air and still the humidity is always above 70%. I could not forget the medical expenses with consultations and medicine for allergies and other problems caused by humidity and mold. I pay rent in a 2 bathroom apartment, but in 10 months I could only use 1 bathroom, the second bathroom is damaged and I can't use the shower. There is an infestation of cockroaches and spiders. Ohhh... did I mention the fleas? Detail: I don't have pets. The manager refuses to collaborate in any way to solve the apartment's problems. I would like to ask this lady to come and stay in my apartment for 1 month. I wondered if she could stand the unbearable musty, damp smell I had to deal with every day, to know if she could stand my beloved noisy neighbors, to stand the cockroaches. And most of all, getting out of the shower and wearing clean clothes reeking of mildew. This lady manager is ridiculous. You can make a maintenance request through the resident portal, but they will close the request saying that it is complete and the repairs have been done, but without going anywhere near your apartment. I have tried various ways of reaching an agreement with them that favor both sides, but they refuse any form of dialogue that is not in accordance with what they impose. Not all apartments in this complex are bad, but the high price they charge for renovated apartments and the obligation to pay a fee for a washer and dryer (even if you already have one), makes this place the most ridiculous, especially for the management and staff. maintenance that is useless. Don't come to this place if you want respect and tranquility.
