Not Worth the Hassle at All.....

My one year tenancy was ok. But after leaving and giving my forwarding address my deposit after five months has not been returned. They lie, give run around and ignore calls

I filled out a application I was told that I would receive my money back for the deposit I put down. Only to have never received it. The office doesn’t answer th phone they give you the run around. I’ve asked to speak to corporate and no one has answers. Non refundable application fee fine however since when aren’t you returned money for a deposit that’s why it’s a deposit…I have called the office been left on hold and hung up on unprofessional thieves and I will write another review

I don’t understand all the negative reviews about management. I just moved in on August 17th. The apartment had all new flooring. The shower and backsplash in kitchen look brand new and updated. It was spotless and the appliances were new or newer. The only issue I had was my front door is sticking. I told Hollie and she is getting it fixed. I plan on living here for as long as I can. I would prefer the pool to be opened but I believe by next season it will be.
