This place is so sad on how they are expect for anyone to live here they doesn’t fix anything it’s so hard to contact them the office is always closed I only live here not a year yet and has more problems than a little bit my fridge been out 6months had a water link from upstairs that caused mold and mildew in bathroom kitchen window is broken kitchen light bulb is out was told to use a lamp for light oh and I’m in a handicap unit an No one is handicap nor disabled it’s a she how they treat the black community so sadd. I wouldn’t recommend no one here when you hear of these apartments just RUNNN!!!!

There should be an option for zero Stars the reason is because I moved here this past May and there are so many problems with this apartment the dishwasher leaks really bad the door on the dishwasher won't latch unless I use my hip to shut it I have made many complaints and emailed videos and pictures of this problem my 1-year-old son slipped in a puddle of water leaking from the dishwasher about 2 months ago still they have not fixed this problem and to top it off the dishwasher isn't even attached to the counter also my refrigerator leaks water really bad inside and out they still have not fixed this problem they won't even replace any of the appliances at this point I want to sue because I had to take my 1-year-old to the emergency room the same night he slipped and he had a bruised and swollen knee from that fall

I would not recommend these apartments my daughter stays in these apartments she has has reported the air unit been leaking and the maintenance people took their time to come and fix the matter now the air unit been fixed but it's too late the mold has infested the apartment and causing her and her kids to be sick if nothing is done soon I will report you all to the housing authorities or maybe call Channel 2 News or any news Outlet to report. Nothing is been done about this the mold is really bad please people do not move in these apartments these pictures are places on the walls and under the floor where the unit been leaking My grand children are getting sick by the day

I wish i could leave 0 stars. These apartments are roach infested. Roaches even come out of your fridge. There are no doors to the closets and nothing works. The dishwasher or the toilet. The office staff is unprofessional and expect there residents to live in apartments that smell like feces. And there excuse will be “oh the people before you were nasty “. Which isn’t a excuse ! Clean up and have the apartment prepared for a tenant. Don’t waste your time like me. You’d be better off living on the streets Seriously! Do yourself a favor and they will steal your deposit.And they never answer the phone.
