The room was a good size. My son forgot his keys and they are mailing them to us. I appreciate the helpfulness on the phone. After a week I did receive the keys but there was no postage and the post office almost sent them back. It was such a disaster

We booked several rooms for a family event. Very nice facility, very close to the airport. The staff has been incredibly helpful and pleasant with a few things requiring assistance. I think that the service, and the stay, have been absolutely outstanding.

The location is great, far enough from the airport, so you don't hear the noise, but close enough to make my very early return flight. The people are friendly, helpful and the hotel and the area. I would stay at this location again the next time i am in Spokane.

This location was ideal for me and the environment was friendly. But I had two little issues that I would like to see addressed, first after checking in I was still seeing long hair around the bathroom which I believe was not properly cleaned after the last guest. Second issue was the hotel payment options. I will recommend having wide range of options to make it easier for guest. Specifically I would like to see the hotel accept apple pay. Its good when you a very limited choice for payment. Apart from these two issues, everything else pleasant and guest friendly.

Yes you may leave your car here with us for up to three weeks at no additional charge as long as you stay one night with us. Our shuttle runs to the airport 24 hours on demand and is complimentary.
