NEVER EVER GO TO THIS EYE PLACE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RING AROUND ESPECIALLY THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK NAMED JENNIFER!! JENNIER WASTED MY TIME AND MADE ME WAIT 4 HOURS. AND SHE WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK! THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE THAT WALKS THROUGH THAT DOOR! THEY ONLY SEE HARD WORKING PEOPLE AS ‘$$$’ NEVER GO HERE, THEY HAVE NO PROFESSIONAL! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They take masshealth for the eye exam but not at the optical shop ,which was fine because they have great bundle prices . Most definitely would recommend Baystate eye care!

Made my 1st visit today and had Dr. Symolon as my ophthalmologist. He was wonderful. Very friendly, answered all of my questions, patient. Everything you could want from a doctor. The technicians were wonderful as well. A smooth process! Would recommend to anyone.
