I had an amazing team, Emily, Janice and Dr. Princewell have absolutely amazing chemistry together as a divine trinity, and are incredibly fast and efficient in their professional fields. Because the rest of the staff was on vacation, it was these three staff working in unison to schedule, and do patient in take and answer calls, while the other was assisting Dr Princewell with my operation. At some points, even the dental assistant was acting as a receptionist! During a stressful time and under extreme pressure, they were incredibly patient and understanding and polite. I highly recommend you call and and get setup for an appointment today!

Ken went in on Dec 14 and was referred to BayState dental of West Springfield for a cone beam scan on Dec 16. Was told he would get the results in 48 hours. Its been 3 months of calling for results or a refund and BayState dental of West Springfield won't remove the charge. BayState dental of Springfield dropped the ball and now I'm stuck paying $450 because west Springfield claimed to my credit card company that they did what they were supposed to and Springfield is responsible. I don't care who is responsible, but it's shouldn't be me. Went to perry endodontics and got another cone beam scan with results the same day. Contacting an attorney... Feeling scammed.
