We are very disappointed in Namco. We purchased our pool from namco and have purchased liners and various parts from Namco. Several times they have helped us and directed to the wrong item. Caused an extra trip or two to go back for right part, but we knew it was just an honest mistake. We’ll, I went yesterday to buy a skimmer assembly. The clerk helping picked out the unit. It didn’t look right to me so I questioned her. She INSISTED this was the correct part for my pool. It was the wrong part. Headed over tonight to exchange and guess what? They charged me a 15% restocking fee! $10.62 for their error. I understand the clerk was trying to help, but if they don’t know what is right and pick the part.There should be no restocking fee. Really disappointed that the fee wasn’t waived.

Paul saved my butt today 8/12/2022. The collar on my filter broke and they didn’t have any in stock. I was losing water by the gallo and he was able to give me the floor models collar. I cannot say enough about Paul. Thank you Paul and Namco for hiring someone that truly cares about his customers.

From the moment we entered the store to the many visits back to ask questions about your pools, Chandra was extremely pleasant and always had a positive attitude. No matter what or how many questions we asked, she always got answers for us (even when it was extremely busy). She always had a smile and made our buying experience a joyful one. We hope that you will recognize her efforts and use this feedback to reward Chandra. She is definitely a positive asset to Namco. We also want to give praise to another employee who has and still is helping us by answering our pool set up questions when Chandra is not working. His name is Howard and his many years of knowledge is helping us through the completion of our pool project. Thank you for this positive buying experience.
