I have had an appointment with them I have been trying to get into them for about 2 years. The lady in the office was really nice. I did want to know how long does it take to get a call back?? if anyone can answer that for me. I visited a family member there and I went to the location in Smyrna and I got denied for something so stupid a Sprint phone bill. So I just want to know how long does the process usually take.

I have tried multiple times to contact this property, but no one ever answers the darn phone and I have continuously received the same automated email. If I reply to an email, they send the same auto-email asking if I'm still interested. When I reply to an email, I always receive one asking if I'm still interested in the property and if I have any questions to give them a call, which I’ve tried to do many times but no one picks up the phone or contacts you if you leave a voicemail. I really feel like this is extremely unprofessional.
