The worst 10mths of my daughter’s life in her 1st apartment!!!! She moved in 12/31/2020. Move out 10/02/21. One, among many of the reasons she moved out was because the appliances were old and worn out. They gave her a green stove, the bathroom had the old medicine cabinet and the sink that’s attached to the wall, very outdated. But more than the cosmetic concerns,…..they were unprofessional and acted very mad whenever she had a question or needed assistance. From maintenance issues, to bill payment, whenever she asked a question?! It was a problem. So my daughter started looking for another place immediately. Because it became so uncomfortable. And they never answered the phones. Never in the office but maybe once a week. It was terrible.😒 She loves her place now. The people are professional and the apartments are nice☺️👌🏽

No they don't and they are based on income I had 2br paying 157 a month then I had a 3br paying 414 amonth so it based off what you makes ND how manys hours you put in
