While Not the best... I’ve lived here a year now. Building is kept neat. I’ve had no problems with tenants or staff. Listen, if you keep your apartment clean and neat, no loud music or parties you’ll be fine. This is for Seniors with possible disability. This NOT for dementia or Alzheimer’s “patients “ . You need to be able to take care of yourself with the possibility of maybe light caregiver. Not for anyone needing Assisted Living. There are still people who work here. Very nice outdoor space and dog park, with receptacles “doggie stations” to pick up after your pup. Really nice Pavilion with tale and seating. Grills around walkway. Security Lighting and while no on Property Security there is stepped up Metro Police patrols!! Neighborhood nearby, people walk in the area and Woodbine Fresh Market within walking distance.

You people are scum, you failed to take of my parents. All you people want is money but then will take your sweet time getting maintenance to fix the problems in their apartment.
