The early bird gets the worm it's not always packed, however some days it can be. I find sometimes towards the end of the business day it's a breeze.

That's the new post office. I blame management because they don't know how to manage. There an 800 number you can call and file a complaint. It's on the back of the notice and you can call the company also. But good luck with that. The bad thing is if the parcel was scanned delivered, there no way of to tell unless it needed a signature. New employees are always in a hurry to please management that they misdeliver. Hopefully they scanned it wrong and it's sitting in the post office.

Give it a few more hours...did you get a receipt? Sometimes you have to wait awhile. The tracking number should be on your receipt. Go to the usps app and track it there.

No. Go to a local CVS, Walgreens or similar store and get your passport pictures taken there. Call the store before to make sure they do passport photos. Then bring it to the post office with the completed passport form and accepted form of payment.
