I made my appointment at 9am. I hear that they are understaffed and I am trying to be patient, but when I make my appointment at 9am and they tell me they’ll see me within 10-15 minutes of my appointment, then that’s what I expect. It has been over an hour now , and I still haven’t been seen. I had other arrangements plus work since I didn’t think it would take over an hour to be seen. I just wish they were honest about when they would actually see you and the actual wait time. 2 stars because the nurse was nice.

The lady at the front with black hair is rude, she harassed me with covid questions more than the normal routine questions, I had to say I didn't have covid sternly to her. 3 other people walked in and spoke to another office lady who didn't even ask all the questions I was asked. I would love to give 5 starts especially because the nurses were amazing but my last encounter was with the same attitudish lady who was still just plain rude. I did call to complain but I came off a little hysterical and emotional lol. It's been 2 weeks since my appointment and I was supposed to have an upcoming appointment however it looks like they canceled it, just rude.

I began to feel unwell during a check up and started to pass out. I let the nurse know I was going down and her and the rest of the staff jumped into action so quickly. They gave me everything I needed as we’ll as helped keep me from actually passing out. Absolutely lovely ladies. I appreciate their preparation and attentiveness up until I left I was asked if I was doing okay.

I love this Planned Parenthood. The staff is amazing. This one woman who was helping me decide which birth control would be best for me was so funny, sweet, compassionate, and heard me out on all my needs. It was like I was talking to a friend I was so comfortable with her. They always offer me condoms or lube even if I don't ask. They're amazing XD

Online appointments tend to have issues. You're best off calling and they will need proof of pregnancy first.
Yes I have IEHP and got birth control pills, recently got the implant, free condoms, and lube all free of charge
