BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! This clinic is beyond shady. I have seen first hand what there employee's have done. One was fired after doing illegal dealings and saw some of it and heard about it from the employee she was replaced with. I have been going there off and on and have had two medical consultations for free to be cleared to take there so called lipo/b12 shots and medications. During the pandemic they got rid of the employee that was previously there. I'm no longer able to use there shots or medications and they refuse to cooperate with me and want a Dr's note even though I have documents and pictures as to why Im no longer able to take the shots or medications. Who wants to go to the Dr's for a note and potentially exposed themselves to the virus for a note? Also during the pandemic they changed there policy and you now have to pay $80 for a medical consultation just to use the stuff you already paid for. They are money hungry and will try and cheat you anyway they can. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau today and let them know all that I know which I didn't include all of that in this review because its a lot. They can't get away with trying to do this to people. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GO TO A REPUTABLE CLINIC. Trust me if you go with them you will regret it.

This place is good for the price. Specially when they run the holiday specials! There new patient special beats out all the other clinics in the area. I’m satisfied with the results I’ve seen and excited THEYRe OPEN ON SATURDAYS NOW! Aletha, Sara, and I think Kendra are so informative and always make time to answer my questions.

I signed up 3 weeks ago for $189 and had to go to Murrietta for my initial consultation with the nurse. Since then, I've gone back to the Mo Val office 5 times BUT have only been seen twice BECAUSE one time the lobby was full, no pen for people to sign in and a room full of edgy patients thinking someone was going to cut in front of them. After 20 FULL minutes, the office appeared abandoned and everyone was getting jumpy so I left without being seen. Next time I went in after work and I signed in, there were 4 people ahead of me and the nurse was talking with a patient behind the door about his car accident, insurance claim, drama, etc for almost 15 minutes and the waiting room was full and 3 people walked in and left while she stood behind the door talking about someone else's car accident. Last night, same story, went in - no pen, hot waiting room with 4 people and they were complaining that they hadn't seen the nurse and doubted anybody was in there with her. 2 people left, 2 people poked their head in the office and left because it was full. Finally a little girl (probably the nurse's daughter) came in to work the desk and after 25 minutes wasted, I walked out because nobody had gone in or come out of there. I highly recommend going somewhere else that is properly staffed. They must be losing tons of patients.
