Arrived at 12 noon. Called at 1:40. Check in.wear mask. Go to checkin. Get a #. Sit. Clean restrooms. Visit was not as bad as i have heard. Security and staff very helpful.receive service with a smile.

This is the worst SS office in Moreno Valley. Terrible! Don’t come to this place.. they let you wait outside in the Sun for 90 degrees.. Seems like they don’t want you to claim your benifits for working years in the US.. very disappointed.

Calling for an appointment waited 30 minutes. Someone picked up the line and just listened and after a minute of me saying hello hangs up. We should be able to schedule appointments online it’s 2022 people!

This location lost personal documents including daca work permit card. At the time my husband was not working and requested replacement ss card. He is unable to look for a legit job without that work permit and social lost it. How is he able to pay for those 500 for what it costs to get a work permit if he cant get a job legally ?

No cost at all. Keep in mind that you’re limited to 3 replacement cards in a year, and 10 during your lifetime. Legal name changes & Changes in immigration status that require card updates do not count toward these limits. Also, you aren’t affected by these limits if you can prove you need the card to prevent a significant hardship.
Yes. You'll need to provide two forms of ID, fill out a form, then it'll be mailed to you.

Social security administration is understaffed on any given day their's thousands of people calling every minute they just do not have enough people to answer calls schedule an appointment or just walk in be prepared to be there a few hours
Yes...but be ready for a line followed by a 1-3 hour wait depending on what you come for.
It's difficult you have to be persistent. Many things they will tell you to do the document drop off. Which will resolve a majority of issues. But if you are adamant about an appointment, call the number and continue to ask for an appointment.

No there is no charge. if you go to your local ssa office and there is no other way to get it, because they have to verified who you are and report it, either lost or stolen... what ever the case was because if it gets in the wrong hands you know,and in order to give one a legit it comes from the government.
