Seems impossible to get a return call from this place. I've left 5 messages personally and have yet to receive a call back to even inquire about the property for my dad. If there is a waiting list and no current vacancies, fine just say that. But at least acknowledge people that are calling to inquire and showing an genuine interest. Thanks

The managers is this unit are VERY RUDE!!! Ema especially and her little side Kick Gabby. They need more training on how to speak to oeople especially the seniors in the building. Theyv have such nasty attitudes and they like to intimidate their tenants when they're being asked questions about stuff they they know that they screwed up on. Please dont move your parents here or grandparents

One bad apple making it horroble for whole complex. Emma the manager who is over these apartments is a bully and treats tenants poorly. My mother who resides there has been talked to rudely and my son who is only on that property to help his gramdmother was told by Emma he is to move out immediately. My son does not live in the apartmen, but he does need to assist as much as he can with my mother. I asked Emma why did she force herself into my mothers apartment and talk to my son so rudely? Emma told me she knows he lives there and he needs to get out..I explained to her prior to my son coming that he would be in and out to help me with my mother. Emma said over a month ago that if he is to stay more than two weeks he will have to do an app that soley runs his criminal back ground. I told her okay no problem if he is here that long. And now she pulls this going into unit while my mom and I was at Dr. appointment and treats my son like he was a criminal when all he is doing is trying to help his grandmother and mother out. My son is a decent well respected young man. So use caution if you rent with the mindset that you are placing your aging parent in these apartments. And when I called her supervisor Emma said so what and told me now I have to have a power of attorney before my son can be on grounds and he needs to leave immediately. My son has been an asset to many seniors around there. This has taken a toll on my mother, my son as well as myself. She continues to lie anf deceive and mistreat her supervisors. I am working on someone getting back to me to help me with this situation before I take further legal actions.

I did visit someone recently, I really enjoyed my visit. I will apply soon so I can be a part of the family.

Yes these are low income apartments but there are for 65+
It is based off your income if you are 65 and up
There's a major affordable housing shortage in Riverside county and all of California, not enough housing Being built, so everywhere you go they'll be a waitlist,
