Horrible customer service. A customers nightmare… only rent through Lyft if you absolutely have to and you don’t have a better option

Well as we all know Lyft is convenient for all especially when you're in need of a ride. But not only that everyone knows you can also drive for Lyft. However, my son rented a car from them and they rented him a brand new Toyota Corolla. So now he can use the car to go to his daily job and when he's done his 8-hour job he can use the car to do pickups and the rates are reasonable for rentals.

They do not have phone number to call for information, and if you will visit they only offer an appointment for next days... its worse service

Very unprofessional and RUDE! They did not have any respect to me and got angry at me when I asked them questions. Really, I am confused with the way they treated to me!
If someone refers you they get the bonus if you refer someone you get the bonus if you are referred you have a guaranteed payment right now so another words even if your rides don't equal the amount you will get that amount for sure
Can I ask you, do you make decent money working for lyft with the rental fees? I'm trying to do the same just waiting for approval, and I'm curious to see if it's worth it?
I don't understand that you cannot speak to someone. I have been charged for a ride at 8:45 at night that the guy called me and said he was way out of my area and could not pick me up...I GOT CHARGED FOR A RIDE I NEVER TOOK.

I misplaced my phone in a Lyft, the driver and I had some missed connections. Could my phone be dropped off at headquarters for me to pick up if I bring ID?

I am a Lyft driver and they leave that responsibility up to us. The hub doesn't have or won't hold your phone. You can login to your account from a computer or someone else's phone to contact the driver and customer service. That's the only way. I hope this helps.

Login to your lyft account, look for the tab that says account, then pay and tax info, then payment methods. You can edit or remove a card there.
I haven't personally did it with a Lyft rental but there are ways to do it in theory. I believe that if you could get the higher package with the most miles you could then use those for the Amazon or Food Delivery service and just use your unlimited lyft miles for Lyft. Not sure if I answered or not🙂

When renting with lyft, how much personal miles are you given? B/c I'm thinking about using the vehicle to drive for amazon too? Do they limit your personal miles or something like that in the contract? Does anyone know?

She should open her app, go to the menu, select ride history. Find the particular ride, and there will be a button for dispute charges.

You have to download Lyft passenger App. Pricing it depend on how far you going to your destnation.

You have to send an email to Lyft and explain to them what exactly happened, after an investigation of about a couple of hours they will refund your money about an hour after the final investigation

Download the LYFT DRIVER APP and follow the prompts...It's pretty self explanatory...Whether you have your own vehicle or need to rent one of theirs for work and personal usage...I'm currently in a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu all white VERY NICE VEHICLE!
They have 3 different plans.
Lowest plan is $236/week (includes taxes + fees) and gives you only 200 personal miles.
Highest plan is $389/week (before taxes + fees) and you get unlimited personal miles.
You basically drive fulltime to pay the rental fee and fuel. Not much left after that.
Everything in life is based on your credit. The better your credit is.....great credit = better interest rates. So yes....the better your driving record = the cheaper the rental fees
You need to find out where it was towed. And by who. Also depends if it was the city, a business, or lyft if you owed them. Once you find the towing co. Find business hours and personally pick up your belongings
You don't just "get " the Lyft Amp light. You have to have a certain number of rides and then they will notify you and let you know when they ship it. OR, you can buy it off Amazon
Definitely write an email with time, date and location info so they can look up your ride. Lyft has a No Refund policy(see terms of service) but sending an email can increase the chance of them doing you a solid and returning the funds. No promises, but worth a shot.
I had 2 stop fare and after first stop was over. Had no idea where 2nd stop was and after waiting was not getting help where to drop off. Meanwhile was getting many requests for other rides. Got frustrated and dropped off original fare.

No.you have to schedule to pick up based on availability in the lyft driver app after your approved.you select rental car instead of your own vehicle
You can't pick and choose ur destination. You can decline a request. Once you accept a ride, you will not know where you are going until you have confirmed that you are at the pick-up address.
They gave me a date for april 9th....anyway I can get a rental before then? My background check is done, they have my deposit on hold and all....I am just excited to get driving and want to get the rental asap!
