Well it depends you have to do a reservation first and believe me itz cheap cost and the shuttle is free plus when you arrive to philly you have to call and they sent one asap as you call
10 to 15 mins from the base location depending on traffic.
At 4 am the shuttle followed me to my parking spot, then took me directly to my departure terminal.
Yes, and they pick you up as well. CALL Do NOT text the phone number on your ticket for a return shuttle.
