The exit process is cumbersome. It requires you locate your Parking Spot email on your phone to scan or else the liftgate will not open. That is annoying. The gate should open automatically as soon as you get there without requiring you to search for your phone then locate the email and then scan it

The personnel was very helpful from the minute I entered the facility I was given good direction on where to park. Once parked, the shuttle driver arrived and was very helpful. He gave me a slip of paper which had my parking spot on it and helped load our bags. Excellent service. Thanks!

Hi Beshoy, Yes! Once you check-in and park, a shuttle will be shortly behind you to take you to your terminal.
Outdoor parking is between $20-$26 daily and indoor is between $26-$32 daily also.

You have to call in. There may be an email address but I had to call when I had a billing issue. They resolved it right away.

It is less than 4 miles. You can get to terminal A within 10 minutes depending on what the traffic is like. It is a huge lot oddly shaped so you could be waiting a while for the shuttle to pick you up from the lot.
