Hello Warren how you doing I work at Packer Avenue all we do is drive jockey trucks when the ships dock and the topics take the containers off find a way to get employment you have to obtain a TWIC card and then go to the union hall at front and Oregon it is called the Ila Hall International longshoremen's Association local 1291 you need a TWIC card to even get into that Pier if you have anymore questions you can call 215-463-8550
