Poor service in so many respects. Slow shaky trains. Too often not on schedule. Too many issues with tickets and passes. Rude customer service whether you call them or at the stations.

To apply for your senior citizen Septa pass you'll need a have a valid ID as in a driver's license or a state issued non driver's license.

Is the Market Street Septa office at 1234 Market St. open on Sunday? What hours? I lost my senior bus card (yellow card). How and where can I get a new one?
