Highly unimpressed with the lack of communication happening in this office. Shouldn’t take several hours on the phone to correct an issue they verbally acknowledge that they know about. I was put on a “brief hold” for so long my call was transferred to voice mail. The person dealing with me went home before resolving my issue.
