Very fun experience, the staff was very friendly and polite. I hope in the future they do more crime/detective rooms and really love the decorations around the business. It shows they take great pride in their work.

I’m going to preface this by saying that the company has offered my group a free coupon due to our poor experience. It’s good to see them owning up to mistakes. Ok escape experience at the science horror one, but we only got half of the experience because many of the clues and objects were broken according to staff. They just gave the final clue in the middle of the experience. We were not informed about the changes made to the experience before starting. Most items felt cheap and fell apart at a touch. Edit: I am updating this review to 3 stars instead of 1 because of the kind behavior of the company. Here is some extra information staff told us that 1. the armchair was a prop 2. The center lock on the science board was not part of the puzzle 3. We could draw on the periodic table 4. Don’t reach into the brain jar because the liquid is gross That’s it After the puzzle we were informed that both the electricity device and neuron reanimator were not functional but we’re supposed to be part of the puzzle. The same goes for the large lever and it’s accompanying parts I assume the electric chair had the same issue but we forgot to ask about it This problem was probably only for our group because staff informed us that a group had broken many of the puzzles maybe 2 or 3 weeks before we played. The parts felt cheap because just picking up any of the skeletons/bones caused the covering to slide off. The body bag was falling apart. One of the gauges on the control board came off with a touch so we were stuck assuming it was part of the puzzle. And finally, one of the knobs on the neuron reanimator fell off while barely turning it.

Another great experience. My kids and I escaped again, but only just barely! We had so much fun last year when we did a room as my son’s chosen birthday present, that we came back again. So glad to hear you will be opening another room because we will definitely be back.

We went and did the crime scene one and finished with 6 min left... very challenging with alot of clues and happenings but a fun night out with the boys for a bachelor party activity! Will definitely be back! Very nice and very clean facility too!
