Goog question Luis, It is recommended to get professional carpet cleaning at least 2 times a year. Dust mites livein the mattresses, blankets, pillows, sofas, and carpets. Cleaning them often avoid them breeding into a health problem. Thank you!
Great question, first thing is to turn off any electricty near by. After you are safe, call a proffessional like us to get the matter sorted asap. We are here 24/7 for any emergency. We will take the rug and start the porcess to restore it.
Thank you Rush, we have a rigorous process. We start with having the technicians evaluate the tig to determine material, size, and conditions. After that, the rug is taken to our facilities, for pretreatment for anything found in the initial inspection. We will apply, wash, dry roll, and packaged to be delivered back to your home completely new. We will walk through each treatment on the first day.
