You are in luck. If you want to dress up... You can go to the elegant restaurant or, if you want to dress casual, you can go to the hamburgers and hot dogs restaurant on the lower level. Something for everyone. It's a wonderful view. 550 feet over the Dallas skyline.

No not for sight seeing...but there is a couple of fancy restaurants that I would dress up for. Also you can buy burgers, hotdogs, soda up there when youre sight seeing.
