I previously reviewed this practice with a low score because of some early communication issues. I was / am a new patient. Getting seen for a Well Woman Visit was a little tricky for me at first. I was reminded today (when I finally was seen) that sometimes it is harder to get an appointment when there is high demand. I am editing my review today because the experience I had during today's visit at Kessler's Women's Healthcare, P.A. was impeccable. The office manager welcomed me and discussed my initial concerns with me. We both agreed that perhaps the MA and I experienced some miscommunication in the past but agreed to let bygones be bygones. Being heard and recognized was / is important. I worked with the MA Vanessa during my visit. She was friendly and did a good job updating my intake forms/patient history. Dr. A. Knickerbocker was lovely. She spent time with me upfront, getting to know me and my personal needs. During my actual exam she was an effective communicator explaining what she needed from me while maintaining a lighter conversation to keep my mind off the procedure. By the time I left their clinic, I was highly satisfied with the care I had received. I am glad that I didn't give up on Kessler's Women. I would definitely recommend it to friends, with the caveat that they are booked out in advance, so don't wait! Thank you Dr. Knickerbocker, Vanessa and Eileen. Best, MSW

Very disappointed .Call me 8am in the morning to tell me that my doctor was running late to come at a later time(appointment was 9:30) ask when was good time they told me 10:40 . Came at 10:40 just to be told to comeback again. Ask if I could see another doctor since I was there they told me no that they where book . So yes I am mad because situations due happen but I have to take from work and come here just to waisted time and gas. The facility should have another doctor if the doctor your supposed to see has emergency. Waisted of time do not go here .

Three years ago I was under the care of Dr. Diane Huynh and she performed a myomectomy and removed 27 uterine fibroids. Thanks to her skills, expertise, and professionalism my health imporved and I am days away from giving birth to twin girls that were conceived naturally. I would recommend Dr. Huynh and the doctors of Kessler Women's Healthcare to every woman!!!

I love my doctor but the office only gave me 2 weeks to pay $1500 out of pocket that my insurance did not covered. I had to talk to billing and extended it one month.
