My boyfriend came in as a patient after being injured at work initially saw a female doctor Soler Bachs she never came back to give us results after waiting for 7 hours I definitely would not recommend no patient should be treated this way terrible bedside manner!

Girlfriend for a dislocated shoulder . Checked in at 9, currently is 2:41 am still waiting. All the reviews are true , all those goddam docs graduating in Texas and can’t have decent ER care in the biggest metropolitan area.

Yes they allow you to have someone with you which is awesome!
No that's unusual, however because discharges are unpredictable it's difficult to always have on hand the right staff to clean after say 20 surprise discharges in an hour. While getting to go home earlier than you and your doctor originally anticipated is a pleasant surprise for the patient, it is a challenge for dynamic staffing schedules :-) We love the folks at Clements and the housekeeping team is especially awesome and so thorough! When you do get your room it will be spotless!
