you can just show up and by tickets for the observation deck, but you need to make a reservation to go into the five sixty restaurant.
No reservation is needed, but I'd encourage you to as it can get busy at times.
There are two restaurants. One for hamburgers and hotdogs and the other elegant dining. A reseservation is recomended for the later. I recomend sunset for the ultimate experience. Be aware, they close at 9PM.
If you're going to the restaurant, you will need a reservation.
