Well I have a serious issue and it's not COVID. I wanted to be prepared for my visit but I guess prepared isn't in anymore.
Thanks for taking time to let us know you have not been able to speak to someone. Due to high volume of calls it has been taking a longer amount of time to answer all calls. Your feedback has been shared with our administration as we're constantly working to improve our processes.
I think because of the Covid its made everything just harder
