Staffs are nice and understanding but the doctor himself seems always in a hurry, he just ask my wife how she feeling and letting her go without recommendations of what she needed to take instead left my wife speeche less, confused and unsatisfied.

No A/C in facility Receptionist rude and unhelpful There were no patients in the facility when I arrived and I was still made to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor. While waiting I could hear the nurse receptionist and doctor talking about movies and what to eat for lunch instead of initiating my vitals screening. When seen, the doctor tried numerous times to send me to another facility before finally helping me. I wish I could give no stars.

Wow! What a pleasantly great experience! I didn't think I could ever say that about an urgent care. It was just like being in the comfort and care of my primary care physician. It was so easy to register and check-in online. They texted me when I was almost up and the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile and assistance from the front desk. I got right back into a room and was again greeted by a friendly PA. I did have a little wait when waiting for the nurse practitioner, but well worth it. What a doll she was (Alicia). So sweet, took the time to listen and talk with me about my condition. She answered all my questions and then some. I felt happy when I left and I also received a follow-up phone call two days later from Alicia with my results. We had a nice chat and she cared about my well-being. Amazing, thank you! Highly recommend!
