The Summerlin location was a pleasant experience from the receptionist who was friendly and helpful. The nurse Melissa was very kind, through and I didn’t feel rushed. The Dr. Ramin Etebar was Phenomenal and he was very through. I really appreciated him. The staff was Amazing and Positive. I hope they all get a raise. Thank you, All, So much . It was quick. 💜💜💜

Worse facility ever Shirley is rude and wants to avoid a call by placing it on hold for hours!!! They said the prescription was sent to Walgreens at 11:28 it’s now 4:530pm and they want to blame Walgreens. Poor service!!!! I will also complain to our insurance about this location UMC on Lake Mead and Buffalo in Las. Vegas NV. They are really quick in taking your 40dollar copay!! CEO should rehire new employees that are not lazy and train them to do the job right!!!
