The food was quite good but the experience was ruined by the slow service. Also, make sure to make a reservation as once they are fully committed for the night, they do not take new guests. Also, if you are eating inside of the restaurant be aware that the light is not super bright to read the menu by.

The food was good, not cheap, but I think that is to be expected. Service was relatively friendly but I can't imagine why it takes an hour and a half to serve pasta dishes, and the restaurant didn't seem particularly busy.

The food was good and our waiters were nice but after looking at our bill we found out they overcharged the drink I ordered, it said $18 on the menu and they charged me $24, and our friends shared a 10z ribeye where it said $80 on the menu and they charged us $135. And they also charged us $14 dollars for some bread with dipping oil which was never explained would be a cost…

We had an absolutely incredible experience for our anniversary. The food was beyond reproach on all fronts- we had the octopus, osso bucco, sea bass, a half serving of the pesto pasta, and the panna cotta for the complimentary dessert. Dave really made the experience what it was. He was attentive, kind, and made us feel welcome and cared for. I would recommend Lupo to friends because of his service alone, and we are very happy to say we will be returning soon.

Lasagne was on the menu when we were there over labor day. My husband had the chicken parm, and it was delicious. I would asked for more red sauce on it!
I would think so. They charge for every little thing. Even bread
The restaurant's vibe is definitely what I'd call "business casual+", but you're in a major casino; they're not going to turn you away if you're in jeans and t-shirts.
If your going for regular dinner hours I would make one. I went late night on friday without a reservation and it wasn't a problem.
I'm sure you can ask for special preparation I don't recall them being listed on the menu though. The staff and kitchen seemed extremely accommodating though.
Depends on the time of day. Before 7 anything goes. After 7 I'd keep it business casual +
I don't recall seeing gluten free options on their menu. I'm sure you could call and inquire their customer service was pretty great.
