Look I try to be open minded, I’ve been to the scarpetta in Manhattan several times, the place is classy and the food amazing. This one in the cosmopolitan lacks, first off how do you let a couple in on a Saturday night with a baseball cap and shorts? Have a standard? A dress code ? I personally don’t want to sit next to the guy in the baseball hat, I’m sorry it’s low rent, your out dressed for a special dinner, order a $300 bottle of wine and the couple next to you is dressed like they are at a ball game, have a dress code for gods sake. If you don’t raise the standard then lower your prices, charge $14 for the pasta instead of $24,The food was good, the poor waiter was killing himself because he had no help at all, he was bussing his own table.needs new management…very simple.

Everything about this place was impeccable. The host staff were nice and accommodating. The servers were timely and attentive. The bartenders are quite talented and the food was delicious. Celebrated our 7th anniversary last night. Recommend for anyone who comes to Vegas.
