An excellent place to watch sunset in Rhode Island. Additional two good places to watch sunset are Castle Hill Inn and Gurney's Newport Resort & Marina on goat island. They are far in Newport. Fog can easily accumulate on sea near these two places, it can decrease opportunity to watch sunset. This place has no such issues. There are more directions to watch sunset over other places.

No. But if you have 14,000 dollars to spare you can become a member, maybe. After that all you'll need is 10,000 dollars. Or better yet go to the Warwick pool on Sandy lane for 5 dollars. Insane what some people spend for a membership.

Not sure. My parents looked at it for my sisters wedding. All i know is that the room rental fee is $5,000.
