People at this office are very humble and professional. Mostly, don’t give the runaround.

I've had a wonderful experience with ERSRI regarding my upcoming retirement. I don't know if there could be a more helpful and patient person than Marianne. She has made this very hard decision much less confusing then it could be. She is a wonderful counselor. I am sure all the counselors are great but I lucked out on this one!

Questions & Answers

I have not yet received my W2 form from the pension fund as well as my social security statement. Am I the only one? Should I be concerned?

You should call ERSRI and ask them, it could be an address issue.

I'm not sure..you have to look at the packet they gave you...it tells you all the dates

At what age can I collect my full teacher pension. I have 27 years in and bought back 2 years, from being a long term substitute.

Hi Elaine...I really don't know about the teacher's contracts or their benefits package with the State of Rhode Island...I can tell you that the representative that I was assigned name is Cheryl Melise. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend her she walked me through everything and I felt like I was 100% clear about what my benefits were and how I was going to be receiving them.

Do I need to send a copy of my birth certificate, to have taxes taken out of my check.
