Management is terrible, Ever since John came in everything's been different. Over the years its has been great but since he's been here things only got worse. We the people can't be ourselves comfortable in our homes without this man pondering like hawk around the neighborhood looking for something to rant that doesn't cause him any trouble. If you wanna be comfortable don't live here.

Something needs to be done about that bum who calls himself the manager. All he does is walk around the lot acting like a parking enforcement officer. Maybe offer him a job as an actual parking enforcement in Seattle since that all he knows how to do. The community has never been in such a horrible shape as it is now. He does absolutely nothing to maintain it. Office is closed 90% of the time during business hours. And it also stinks so bad you almost need a respirator mask to go in.

If you want to leave at a place where manager acts like a Dictator this is the place for you, this place was recently put under new management ever since he has been running around like a tweeker walking in the middle of the night looking for cars to tow. He will invade your property when you are not home looking for things to harras you about. He will threaten to evict you for the littlest thing. He will also threaten to tow your cars from your own drive way. And he will neglect any kind of work that needs to he done to the property
