What can I say? UMC has been around for many years now and honestly it just feels like home. The quickcare is better than any other urgent care here. The others can kick rocks. At least here, you have friendly staff even though their busy, they do their best to get you in an out as quickly as possible, the establishment is clean, the doctors listen to you and help you nip in the bud whatever you're fighting quickly. Save your time and energy, especially when you're not feeling well and go here rather than deal with miserable and immature behavior.

Horrible staff. I was the first patient today and took more than 40 minutes to see the doctor. I couldn’t wait and I walk away. They told me that was only one doctor available and he was seeing another patient. How ?? If I was the the first one in the clinic ?

I would assume so, an ekg is something they would perform for that and it’s a very simple procedure
They do covid testing. Go at 8 am to sign in to put yourself on the list. Then you can go home or run errands and they will call you.

Yes, I agree, I went in one time without my current Insurance card, and because in my cituation, the group number didn't change, they were able to verify everything with my Drivers License and group ID#,😊 HOPE THAT HELPS!
