Only issue is doing what use To be paperwork and is now computer work prefer old school way . Had issue with downloading but staff was very helpful wish seems Redundant because if I could have filled out paperwork I would not have needed their help

I sign in online and completed the check in process on their iPad. Like that you can take photo of license and insurance card. Taken back to room after short wait. I describe d my issue to the doctor, had to give specimen to confirm cause of my pain. Doctor describe his care plan. I was given a shot to relieve my lower pain caused by kidney stone. He also called to prescriptions for potential pain later in the evening. Great experience.

NO NO NO NO and NO. I called over 70 times one afternoon and no.... Then went to the location ask for a manager and the absolutely had no answer for that either they said I'm sorry we can't help you
