I spent three hours sitting in a chair, waiting for them to tell me just to go straight to the ER. I was told they were two patients in front of me and I watched as multiple patients went in and I was basically told to cool my jets. This is not critical urgent care, this is wait. Wait, wait wait wait and wait

I came in not knowing too much due to this being my first time using medical insurance but the front desk she was too kind. Also I had a nurse I believe, her name was Jessica . She was the sweetest person ever!!! I love the service and how amazing they are. Recommend them absolutely and didn’t have to wait long either. Waiting room was very clean and nice and just overall it was a good visit. Have a blessed day -Tasia
