Everyone here was such a delight and pleasure to deal with, from the warm greetings from the front desk to the physicians assistant and medical assistant, it was such a memorable experience, i dont know why there are such negative reviews. I cheked in online then proceeded to the clinic, wait time was about 15min, i guess i got lucky but even at my Dr.'s office, the wait time with appt is at least 30min, I would not mind coming back to this place for any future emergency

*Avoid* I will never go here again for "urgent" care. There is no sense of URGENCY with this establishment - one that is supposed to provide patient treatment and care in a timely manner. The women at reception were very kind... But this review is simply to highlight the inability of the practice as a whole to provide a simple test result within a reasonable timeframe - so that I may receive the necessary and time sensitive treatment that I needed. This did not happen. I had to be seen at ER for urgent treatment- And the amount of times I had to keep calling for results that - Still have yet to be divulged- were never ready. Unprofessional and extremely slow turn around time. Please avoid this place - you are better off going to a hospital.

i had extreme back pain and didn't know the cause (visiting this place was like doing my own research on google) they didn't help at all. So i ask for a urine analysis thinking it could be a kidney infection of some sort and when the door was slightly open i hear them make fun of me by telling the analysis technician "you better wash your hands after this one" turns out i hurt my back lifting heavy stuff but they humiliate me like high school bullies, they screamed it and laugh.

It's a nice clean place. Courteous and respectful from receptionist, nursing assistant - Aurora Saucedo to the seeing Doctor Seraphim Russel - Fisher thank you for a great service.
