I moved here to simplify, but I wanted a nice place. I LOVE my perfect size, modern apartment! The grounds are very well-maintained, and Falduto Landscapers spent the past 3 days clearing away winter leaves and debris from the lawn and landscaping beds, trimmed branches, and remulched. The place is BEAUTIFUL! Even more than the place, the staff here is the BEST! From Frances and Hailey in the office, helpful, professional, friendly, always going above and beyond...to the maintenance team of Anthony, Andrew and Dale. One time I told Frances about a small problem in my apartment. She called maintenance. By the time I walked back to my apartment, they were outside my door, waiting for me, and promptly fixed it! I am so happy that I made this move, to this lovely community. Can't wait for summer, so I can use the pool. :-D

2/20/22 the landscaping crew was here today for at least 10 to 12 hours. The job they did made the place look so much better! You're very courteous and the detail of their work is impeccable. Thank you & them for me. 207 .

I wanted to express my thanks for a great management and staff. This is one of the few apartment communities that include an wonderful in-ground pool. Recently in August, the company Village on the Green contracted with to provide lifeguard and pool maintenance abruptly pulled out without any warning. Being near the end of season, it was easy enough just close the pool for the season. However, this didn't occur. Within a few days the the pool was open and staffed. Kudos to Village on the Green, for a job well done. I have been a resident here for many years and have always found management and staff to be the best. They are always available with a quick response, even on a Holiday, with the intention of fixing the problem immediately or shortly thereafter. The grounds are kept immaculate. Thank you to everyone for a terrific job in keeping this Apartment complex a wonderful place to live.
