Before I decided on this urgent care to go to I checked the website to see if they treated asthma like symptoms, and they do.I go in without asking me what is wrong, I'm told hour wait sign in, go wait in the car.I saw no one inside or out in cars. I do that. I get a call to register. Another call from the nurse, I tell her my symptoms, she said we will be with you soon.now I see the doctor She says You should have not come here we can't treat you. You needed to go to the ER.i neeed a nebulizer treatment, I don't get.I am just at a loss for words.

Do not use this location I paid my co-pay of $75 and they kept sending me bills saying I owe them $75. each time I called they’re billing department they said they would correct it I sent them a copy of the receipt and a copy from my bank saying I paid them the $75 but months later I would get another bill in the mail and go through the same process now they sent it to collections

I was told not to pay anything up front and that my bill wouldn't be more than $40.00. However, I ended getting a bill in the mail for $295.00. I would of never stepped foot in the office knowing if that was the amount owed, won't be returning.

I live nearby. I needed an "urgent care center." Their sign out front CLEARLY says "Urgent Care Center." But when I called to check if they work with my insurance, the receptionist told me flat out "Oh I'm sorry, we're NOT actually an urgent care center - we only see our REGULAR patients and the waiting list for new patients is about eight months long." So I had to ask my brother to drive me all the way to Manahawkin (35 minutes away) to the hospital instead. Good thing I called first, I guess. Seriously, this place gave better medical services when it was an Asian buffet restaurant before AtlantiCare bought the building.
