I don’t usually write reviews but I had to change that for Point S Redding! My van had a coolant leak and I was on my way back to Canada when I noticed the leak. I called on a Friday evening after they had closed and left a voicemail. They called me first thing on Saturday morning and said they couldn’t repair it on Saturday but they would be able to look at it. I took the van over and they were able to verify the water pump was leaking and they could fix it on Monday. They gave me a very reasonable price and fixed it ahead of schedule on Monday giving me more time to get home. The service advisors were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this shop enough and if I’m ever back in Redding with car troubles I know where to go!

Don & Dan both work the front counter and are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices a very competitive and the have a full service mechanic shop that I've used for oil change to timing belts, water pumps, serpentine belts, fuel filters and more. Tire shop service is great and they set me up with some excellent wearing Falken tires for my diesel that have worn excellent and been on the truck for about 35k miles already with plenty of tread still left.

I had a lift installed through them they have never done a lift on my type of car but they did it anyways. Couldn't be happier everyone there is super nice and the place is clean. I tell everyone to go there.
