This guy is lazy. No one in his store. Talking on phone personal call. I wanted two screws removed one in each of my back tires. He said no go to Les Schwab. I head to Big O both Tires fixed 18 bucks and on the road again. BJ 's is a waste of time.

Interesting character for an owner but his attitude definitely stands out an ridiculous prices for a single tire is stupid so your not going to expect good customer service or fair prices from BJ tire shop. As expected from cheap tire shops and owners who dont care about their job. I give this old fart a negative 5 star
