After dealing with another mobile home park I see just how great bel air actually is. For one I have never seen such large yards in a mobile home park. Many of the homes are great size even the single wides. They take care of the community. They have a dog park, they built new basketball courts. There isn’t another park comparable. Some homes need fixing up and they are working their best to make sure it gets done. They are a little strict but that’s what happens when you want to keep a community nice.

You couldn't pay me to live here! I know a resident and the random "violation" notices that are taped to the fence are so unprofessional, not mailed, not certified mail they go around and find things to nit pick then offer their maintenance services! Try to call them no answer within the hours the voice-mail states they are open will only text. Lot rent is getting ridiculous for a trailer park some long term residents probably won't be able to stay due to the rent increases almost seems like that is the point to push people out of the park to get their trailers.They should be keeping a closer eye on some of the current residents, I make sure I lock my car doors when I'm in that trailer park. Drug addicticts and known thieves live there! They also bring in really old trailers and slap some siding on the people have no idea what they are truly buying.
