Leo, Andrew, and Lloyd have it going on!!!! I had a horrible experience with another dealership trying to get my brand new truck fixed after it broke down in March. Leo informed me about GM’s free towing program and the benefits I had since its under warranty. He was able to get me in quickly and it was fixed in under a week. They also had to deal with me dropping my license plate behind the seat and took my whole seat apart to help me find it. They kept me informed throughout the process and Leo even drove to my work to let me sign paperwork since I couldn't get off work in time. They were very professional, courteous, and a joy to work with. This is true customer service. Thank you!!! Mahalo. -Megan

Worse experience with hubbard chevrolet Back in December I log into the website Liking for a new car so I find out thy have a chevy traverse in transit I decided to buy it so they told me the vehicle is going to be here February 3th and then the 14th Now thy don't Even answer my calls The vehicle it's pay off so now I have plates titled but no vehicle

This was my 3rd time coming to Hubbard Chevrolet since I bought my car in May. This was my 2nd service for my car. Everyone is always so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable! This time around I had a squeaky door and asked the tech if he could look at it and possibly lube it. I had laughing mentioned please don’t pay attention to the inside back because I have kids and we have been rushing all week so it’s messy. He not only lubed all the doors and they all open with ease and no more squeak, he also cleaned out and vacuumed the inside of my car!!!! I did not notice until the next morning because it was so dark that previous evening. I would like to thank the tech. It truly made me feel so special that he just took a few extra minutes and did that as I would never ever expect this service at a regular oil change appointment. My husband and I tell everyone in the market for a new car to go to Hubbard Chevrolet! Thanks for being so wonderful!!
