2020 GMC 3500 Denali nice pickup truck but after a trip to Alaska my rear window started leaking , this is a defect from the factory. Weston GMC found the problem. Ordered a windshield and had it replaced. They did it very professionally. Many thanks to Weston GMC for your Job and many thanks to the General Service Manager for helping me find the right parts and fix the problem in a short time. Thanks for your service....

I had an issue occur with my 2016 Sierra Denali with the transmission "clunking" into gear. Brought it in in warranty several times and was told there isn't an issue, unable to replicate it (though it happens constantly). Lived with the issue for 6 years. Truck is low mileage as we just use it for utility, hauling our boat, trailer etc so only 30k miles on it after 6 years. It developed a shudder issue in the rear, brought it back in (out of warranty now) and it was almost $800 to fix it...interesting part is, it ALSO fixed that clunking issue. Service manager Dan and I hashed it out on the phone and came to agreement I would pay for portion for the shudder, he would take care of portion that fixed the clunking...still not super happy about it and that I had to push for what seemed to me to be reasonable, but Dan proved they can be reasoned with and will do the right thing; just talk to them about it. So for me, having been a regional manager over service centers previously I appreciate that and wanted to give a shout out for doing the right thing. 5 stars. Just, my piece of advice for the service guys in the future, don't say you couldn't replicate the issue, just say "we don't have a fix for that right now". That was the biggest problem for me, acting like I was nuts and the issue didn't exist. In the end, both issues seem to be fixed at this point and portion that was previously brought in under warranty was taken care of by Dan, hence not knocking a star off the review, again, 5 stars.

All around great experience. Vinny goes above and beyond in customer service, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my many questions. We enjoyed working with him through the entire experience. The gentleman in finance, I apologize that (I can not remember his name at the moment) was also a pleasure to work with. We felt absolutely zero pressure through out the entire buying experience. I love my truck! We have one on order for my husband and we have already referred others to Vinny and your dealership. Class act all the way.

Go to Walmart off of I84 in Troutdale or use cables.
Wes5on is THE BEST, hands down. That is why I drive my vehicles 225 miles one-way to have them serviced at Weston.
