The service department here is willing to help more than other Honda service departments around town I have visited. I had a problem with my wiper switch and the wipers wouldn’t turn off. When I came in Hector stopped what he was doing to make sure they were turned off. Though the part needed is on back order, you can tell they genuinely want to help out as fast as they can. The kindness they have here goes a long way. This is where I’ll be coming for my routine maintenance!

I have been attempting to have my warranty, maintenance and GAP cancelled for a couple of weeks. We sold our Van and needed to get a refund. The finance department does not return calls so I finally just went into the dealership and spoke with Mary. I signed the cancellation documents and told her not to process until my loan was closed out (she said any refund would be sent directly to the bank), I wanted to the refund sent to us. My loan has been paid in full and of course, I can get through to her to process the the refund. I am beyond aggravated and will NEVER recommend this dealership!! They’re all great when you’re purchasing a vehicle from them but they ghost you when anything else is needed. Very POOR customer service.

Received terrible customer service from the parts counter staff and manager Ian ward. Had called ahead of time to order a part for my car gave the exact part number to parts staff, went to go pick up the part only to find out that they had ordered the incorrect one after making them aware of this they instantly jumped to not wanting to give me a full refund and charging me a 25% restocking fee. Ian ward literally told me he has no clue who I am so why would he believe me and said if I didn’t like what he was offering I wasn’t welcome. The most low class of customer service ever please take your money elsewhere.

The Lead: sometimes priced too high. Positives: The customer service guy was nice though brisk. Great waiting room with many amenities. Negatives: This experience: went in for a recall to fix our airbags because their product was defective. They did honor the recall repair (minimum required service). After waiting for the two hour repair to address their defective airbag issue, we were told our airbags still would not function because of a separate defective Honda part, one not covered under a recall. The cost to diagnose (not repair) the defective Honda product was over $150.00. End result: Airbags still do not work. Will be checking out YouTube to see if I can figure it out. Would think a minimal diagnosis charge more appropriate, especially if the charge was removed if the diagnosed repair was completed. Prior experience: needed a number from the physical radio to get the security code to re-enable the unit (just purchased used vehicle). Cost quoted was something between $100-$150 to get the number from the radio (this was years ago). Went home, watched a YouTube video, and got the number in less than five minutes. Was shocked they would charge that kind of fee for a service requiring no parts and only a few minutes to perform. Would think a minimal charge would be appropriate.
