Great help from Theodore and Urbano in sales. Currently having a issue from Financial department as they misinformed me of the actual cost of the warranty I purchased. Currently paid three times the amount of what I was told the warranty will cost. Update: Spoke with Brett (General Manager) he was understanding and we agreed on the issue. Brett was able to change things around for me and find a resolution. Hope to buy another car from them soon. 2 star to 4 star. Thanks again Brett.

Took my Ram 1500 in for a warranty item here. It's a well known issue with the 5.7 Hemi that the manifold bolts break and cause an exhaust leak. At first I thought the service was great! They provided a loaner and got my truck completed quickly, with no more manifold exhaust leak. Boy was I wrong. I was told at the time of repair that they had replaced "the faulty bolts that were a known issue". Low and behold just 20k miles later and just out of warranty the drivers side had the same exact noise (passenger side was previous noise). I contacted Baxter and spoke with the exact customer service rep that I had dealt with previously. He told me that they only replaced the passenger side bolts with the improved bolts. When I asked why they wouldn't replace all of them when it is a "well known issue" (I keep using quotes because that was their exact wording), his response was because they weren't broke and you don't replace something that isn't broke. My obvious response was "you do if it's a well known issue that you know will reoccur." He had no reply other than to repeat the previous comment. I ended up taking it to Christian Brothers (highly recommend them for repairs, very ethical) and $1800 later ALL of my bolts are replaced. Baxter has contacted me countless times about purchasing another vehicle... Fat chance BUDDY!!! Good Customer service and ethics gets my business over price everyday of the week. As for RAM? I'll be going back to FORD. All manufacturers have issues, but my experience with FORD and CHEVY (through work and friends) is that they actually take care of the entire issue when under warranty. Consider yourself warned! One last thing... Their website is a joke! You can shop for vehicles, apply for jobs, but you can't email customer service about an issue or complaint. What's that tell you?

I would like to highlight my car salesman Tim Macgillivray on my 2nd car purchase with him. His enthusiasm is unmatchable and professionalism is above and beyond reproach. He has become our “go to guy” for car purchases in the past and we will continue to come to him in the future. My daughter is extremely pleased with her car and we can’t thank him enough. Great work!

Tonight I received a call from the General Manager of Baxter where I bought my last two vehicles. I traded in my mini van a few months ago. I only had one key when I traded in the vehicle, tonight the manger calls and ask if I still have the other key to the van, he has a buyer, I am at the store across town on the coldest night of the year, i said yes I believe I have the key at home. I drive home 25 minutes away and locate key, I unpack my groceries, and drive the 10 minutes to the dealership to take the key. I ask for a free oil change for my trouble, he says no and that I should have brought the key when I traded the van in!!! Can you believe this. I take away from my time and use my gas to take a Key that I didn’t have to , and his total disregard of my kindness is put off like it’s my responsibility. You know he said I am doing a service to the new buyer, guess what Bret! I do not work for Baxter. I am sure the cost of a oil change is nothin in compare to the money made on the sale of the van. I am happy I could make someone else happy in the process but the service at this location has been horrible for me each time, the old General Managers service is the only reason I went back a second time. Now that he is gone, guess what, I won’t be back and I will spread the word.

I don't know 🤔 You need to ask your sales agent?
Only if you buy a package of oil changes.
Not sure. Maybe you can Google to see if there is a corporate office. Also, you could ask for the General Manager. Last you could call the Better Business Bureau.
Any specials
