Marlon sold us a 2018 jeep grand charokee limited. He delivered it on the 30th the in transit said the 29th, as his first problem second the car was not detailed there was dog hair all over it I took it to the dealership and showed him. He just died took some of it off I mean it the car should’ve been detailed. Especially when I showed Marlon. Third I showed him the back up camera I said I don’t want this car if this is the clearest quality of a camera I’ve had a 2018 Honda pilot and a 2017 Subaru cross track their cameras are great I literally think this camera is junk and I won’t take the car as this is the best camera quality. I was told their service department is really busy so he never scheduled it. Also I did state I wanted to take the car back if this is the best camera quality. They sold out to another dealership and now they won’t even help. Not like they helped before. They should have took the car back I even bought an extended warranty for it and they won’t even do anything with a car there because they said in warranty was for Baxter and they were sold to a different company. Very poor customer service!

Service: watch out and beware. They will nickel and dime you on service items. I personally think they cause problems for you to fix. Several months ago I needed engine coolant and took it in then they said I needed a complete flush (wasn’t necessary). I think they damaged something during the flush because then I needed a new coolant line?!?! Come on!!! Why do I think they damaged something, because during a prior oil change they broke my door handle and was just going to let me drive away without admitting fault. Like I said beware of the service. Last week I went in for an oil change. All of a sudden now it needs a water pump and other things? Well that’s not going to happen. I thank God for my son’s friend who did a free diagnostic on my Commander (which they charge $150 for) to find a $40 issue that they would’ve charged me $800 for. No morals or ethics. Ridiculous and dishonest.

My wife and I purchased a 2022 Durango Citadel from here. We put in an order for the Durango in March of 2022 and it was delivered to Baxter July 4th. (1) FINANCING At the time of ordering, we were told that we were not able to get the low interest rate at that time because Chrysler would not do that. Upon purchase we were told in order to get the incentives offered we had to finance through Chrysler Capital for at least 4 months at their rate. We figured the incentives were connected to Chrysler Capital. I also knew that after signing we could refinance with our bank. Baxter insisted that this was not correct on our part. We called Chrysler to verify these issues with financing and we were told by Chrysler and Chrysler Capital that the information from Baxter was incorrect. (2) PROMISES We were told that we would get running boards installed at the store due to the Citadel not having the option in the build. The product that was installed was sub par. They were round runners with plastic step toppers (see pictures 1 &2). The end was scratched on one. They put these on a $68,000 vehicle. (3) TRADE VEHICHLE We traded our Caravan and was offered $2,500 (remember that used cars are bringing top dollar right now). We were told that the vehicle was only worth 2,500 and they would just send it to auction. The sales manager brought a print out of the vans appraisal and I told him things were missing. The van had the heavy duty tow package, transmission cooler, aluminum wheels, second and third row retractable window shades and more. This van had the original floor mats. The white letters on the front mats were still white. They came back and said that stuff does not matter in resale. We saw the van on their web site and it listed these extras and was asking over $11,000 and it was on their lot. I was told they put new tires, brakes, and a coolant hose. I went to the lot and took pictures of the tires I put on recently, the brake pads I installed and the engine bay with no work done. I obtained a service log on this vehicle and it showed no service after trade. Baxter did all service from purchase to trade. I told the sales man that the van was in excellent condition when looking at it on the lot and he said that they didn't even need to detail it to put it on the lot. (SEE PICTURES 3 - 15) (4) DETAILING They said that the Durango was detailed but there was tape from production on the windshield, the back windows had dirt film on the inside, water stayed on the paint and did not bead off as it does after a detail. I have purchased 4 new cars and never had this problem with the water shedding. There were so many lies told and mistakes overlooked. I gave the manager ample time to make this right and here we are. (5) PICTURES The first two pictures are the running boards. The other pictures are the van 2 days prior to the trade. Does this look like a $2,500 trade to you?

I don't know 🤔 You need to ask your sales agent?
There is currently an active duty military rebate. Veterans like myself do not qualify.
Only if you buy a package of oil changes.
Not sure. Maybe you can Google to see if there is a corporate office. Also, you could ask for the General Manager. Last you could call the Better Business Bureau.
Any specials
